We kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 a.m. Text us at 323-251-9889 when you have checked out or message us through your app.

We need to coordinate with the cleaners so they can get the house ready for the next guest. We typically have guests arriving later in the day so leaving later than 11 will cause issues with our staff.

Occasionally we can offer a late check out at $50/hr. Message us to see if an late check-out is available.

Before leaving please turn down all wall heaters to 60 degrees. Make sure the fireplace is out and the oven & stove are off. Turn off all lights. Lock all the doors and place the key back in the lockbox and make sure it is locked. There is a $100 fee for lost keys. It would be great if you could drop the kitchen trash into the outside trash can, located on the east side of the house. It is not mandatory, but it would be extremely helpful if you could run the dishwasher and throw a load of towels in the washing machine before you leave. Thank you!
