Property rules

Thank you for following our guidelines and rules. These rules include some county and city regulations along with insurance requirements and, in general, are to keep our guests safe and our neighbors happy.

No pets allowed. This includes emotional support animals.
No events
6 max guests
No additional guests on property
Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am (This is a residential neighborhood, please respect the neighbors)
No smoking on property
Commercial photography is not allowed. Please contact us for commercial photography rates.
Check in after 4pm
Check out: before 11am

Damages: Any damages will be assessed and is the responsibility of the guest to pay within 14 days of check out.

Reservation change fee $50. We can't always accommodate requests to change reservation dates, but when we can there will be a $50 fee on top of any change in rates due to day of week or time of year.

Please do not take the deck furniture to the beach. There are a couple of beach chairs in the deck box that you are welcome to use. Please clean, put back in it's bag and return to deck box after use.

Notify us via text or email upon arrival and departure
3 cars maximum and no parking on the street. Park in the driveway only
No early check ins (unless approved)
No pets on property
No burning of candles or incense
