TRASH

The trash can is on the east side of the house just down from the front deck. Please keep the latch closed on the lid and keep it chained to the screen. On Tuesdays the trash will be picked up. You don’t have to take the can to the street as they will come get it, but they need to have a clear path to the street, so make sure your cars aren’t blocking the way. You may need to chain the can back and latch the lid after they empty the trash. (The wind can open the lid and blow the can over. We also have a handful of animals in the area that will try to get into the trash)

RECYCLING

Unfortunately there is no recycling pick up available in the county. The Manzanita Transfer Station will take most glass, plastic and paper if you want to take it there. You will have to sort it yourself. They are very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, all recycling can go in the trash can outside.
